Review of the MTTV Program Last Night

We had the opportunity to listen to the MTTV program last night by Brendan Finn. He plans to do a weekly show about the revenue share programs. Last night was basically an introduction so there were not too many specifics about individual programs. He has a good understanding of the ongoing transitions that revenue share programs have gone through. He promises to be brutally honest and from his program last night it appears he will live up to that goal.

There was one thing that particularly stood out in the program and that we totally agree with. Brendan stressed the benefits of promoting only a few of the revenue share programs instead of each one that comes along. Many recruiters will join every program as soon as it launches. Then they will send out emails saying how great the program is just to get referrals. When that program starts getting weak they are already on to the next one. This is not good for new members or for the programs themselves.

We have had people ask us to recommend more programs. We prefer to be very, very selective to lessen the risk. We like diversity but there are just too many programs that will never last for very long. There are many people playing the "hit and run" game. They try to get in a program, make as much money as they can and then get out just before the program folds up. We are just not interested in that game and we certainly don't want to recommend questionable programs to others and see them lose hard earned money.

Many of the programs we have listed on our Not Recommended page have since closed up. The last program we listed on that page lasted less than three weeks.

Finally, we need to commend Tim and Gary for starting the MTTV programming. We were very impressed with the first show we watched. We plan to keep an eye on the schedule so we can tune in to other shows of interest in the future. As the admin for MegaTrafic4U it is remarkable how fast Tim and Gary were able to set up the MTTV system and get quality programming lined up. We can see lots of potential for the whole MTTV format and wish Tim and his gang the best. I know they have many plans to keep improving it as time goes on. It is an innovative way to help advertisers as well as educate and assist online income opportunity seekers.

You do not have to be a member of MegaTraffic4U to tune in to most of the MTTV programs. Apparently there will be some occasional shows for MT4U members only, but the program is free to join anyway. We would recommend bookmarkingMTTV so you can regularly check the schedule of upcoming shows.

The outside income that will be generated from MTTV is another reason we recommend MegaTraffic4U as one of the best revenue share programs. It is getting well prepared for a strong future.

Brief Highlights of Our Best Programs

We have never mentioned our favorite revenue share programs all at the same time in this blog. We are happy to see they are still going strong. They are great places to advertise and they are all making people money. They work well together synergistically since you can cross advertise with them.

Some very brief comments about our best programs - listed alphabetically.

AdShares4U - This one is the fastest growing and the highest paying. There was a lot of buzz when this first started and it continues to grow at a steady pace. There never seems to be any website glitches and the surfing is always smooth. We have a great feeling about the future of this program. AdShares4U article here.

MegaTraffic4U - This was the first one to purposely pay a little less so the program will have a long future. Other programs are now starting to imitate their model. It also has been aggressive in establishing outside revenue. MegaTraffic4U article here.

PayItForwardTraffic - This is one of the longest running of all the revenue share programs. The admin is innovative and always puts the members first. PIFT is a very strong program and a great place to advertise. We have our largest downline in this program with 183 members signed up under us. It is easy for people to see the value of this revenue share program. PayItForwardTraffic article here.

We are always evaluating other programs and there is one that is looking very good. We are still not ready to recommend it because it needs to pass a few more tests first before we consider it a great way to make almost passive income. If and when we recommend another program we will inform everyone through our newsletter, here in the blog, and it will be added to our Best Programs page.

Not Recommending TrueRevShare or WorldAssetGrowth

We will not be recommending the two newest revenue share programs.

TrueRevShare is really a Forex Trading company that started a revenue share program. It has stopped accepting new members but it would not surprise us if they open it up again in the near future. It seems like they are concentrating mostly on the Forex trading and it is unlikely they will give much attention to developing the revenue share program as a genuine advertising portal.

WorldAssetGrowth just started a few days ago. The site has very few details and seems to focus on the oversees banking opportunities it will be promoting. It seems like another revenue share program that was thrown together by a part-time admin. From our experience when a program starts out sloppy it stays sloppy.

We wish the best for these programs and anyone that has already joined them. For ourselves, we are just seeing too many red flags to believe they will succeed for very long if at all.

The script to run a revenue share program is very inexpensive and is being advertised all over the net. With programs opening almost every day it seems like some people think it is easy to start and run one. Unless the admin is very committed and is working the program full-time it will never do well especially as it grows in membership. Tech issues, site development, payments and many other business matters cannot be handled by someone that is not completely focused and skilled at running a business.

All Revenue Share Programs May Be Adjusting

Since Ad-Ventures4U failed all the revenue share programs have suffered. Many are nervous to invest funds in programs that might likewise fail. People are forgetting that A-V4U had virtually no outside income. There were many system issues that were not being fixed and out of frustration members stopped or slowed down their purchases.

Additionally, the admin of A-V4U started diverting advertising funds to his new gold site instead of using it for the intended purpose of the members. Essentially the collapse of A-V4U was because of the bad decisions and poor communication of the admin not because it was a revenue share program.

ALL the current revenue share programs are trying to generate more outside income and not rely totally on internal advertising funds. None of the programs that we are aware of have come up with outside income sources that are substantially helping. Outside revenue may be trickling in but it is not enough to make a big difference.

To survive most of the revenue share programs are adjusting to more reasonable pay plans that are sustainable long term. Some of the changes that programs have made or plan to make are:

1. Lower the referral commissions.
2. Lower the weekly revenue share percentage.
3. Lower or eliminate a commission on funds that are rolled over.
4. Generate better outside income sources.

We are confident that the good revenue share programs will survive and even thrive. They will find a way to make it work. These are all primarily manual traffic exchanges and a good way to advertise. The need for good advertising is still being sought after by huge numbers of Internet marketers.

Do Not Join RevShareGlobal Right Now

We just got back from our business/vacation trip to California. An important email shows that RevShareGlobal is restructuring. The admin wants to modify the pay plan to make the program more stable for long term growth. It appears the weekly pay out will change to a monthly payout. At first it might seem disappointing that it will not pay out as much but so far we like the changes they have hinted at. The admin has always made good improvements in the past and seems committed to helping the program. It is better to see it change to a lower paying program than to see it shut down all together. We will keep everyone posted about updates.

Do Not Join Ad-Ventures4U

We find it puzzling and actually irresponsible that Ad-Ventures4U is still being advertised all over the Internet. This company shut down paying out revenue over a month ago. It had become the largest revenue share program with about 64,000 members. The owner diverted member's funds to start a new company TradingGold4Cash. Any company can fail even if the owner's intentions are good. We do not think it is honest, however, to use funds that member's paid in for one reason and then siphon it off for another.

Ad-Ventures4U is still being advertised in traffic exchanges, revenue share programs, on personal websites and many other places. You will come across banner ads, text ads, full page ads, and even in emails. Quite a few of the so-called revenue share program experts still have it listed among their recommended sites.

Likely, many of the promoters have simply forgotten or have been too lazy to remove their advertising. If someone registers at AV4U I don't believe it is possible to upgrade on the site. It would still be the professional thing for the promoters to remove these ads so they don't confuse people or cause them to waste their time.

We never promoted AV4U because we had strong suspicions it was in trouble. If we had been promoting it we would have removed any marketing a long time ago.

MegaTraffic4U Referral Contest Starts Today

The first MegaTraffic4U Referral Contest started today and runs through November 7, 2009. The 1st place prize is $300 in MegaPacs. There are also other great prizes being offered for 2nd - 5th place. We know that many of you prefer just to make passive income from MegaTraffic4U and are not actively recruiting. We still encourage you to put your MT4U referral link in the advertising rotation on the other revenue share programs you have joined. You never know who might join under you and upgrade. Since the contest is counting only paid referrals and not free members, everyone has a chance. Sometimes the big marketers can get tons of sign ups but they may have very few people that actually upgrade. Since MT4U is newer it has not been marketed as much yet. It may be possible to win a 4th or 5th place prize in the contest with even just a few upgraded referrals.

RevShareGlobal Lowers Weekly Revenue Share

For about six months RevShareGobal has paid 14% for the weekly revenue share to upgraded members. Just a few minutes ago they announced they would only be paying 6% this week. They state the site was down for almost 20 hours on Sunday. They receive 80% of their upgrades on that day so the total weekly revenue was greatly reduced.

We believe what the admin is saying and we urge everyone not to panic. It is true that many members could not login. When we heard about the login issues we tried ourselves and were unable to login most of the day. It turns out that we started getting reports about other sites also having issues. Several of the revenue share programs had the same problem. A large hosting company acknowledged their scheduled maintenance did not go as planned and many company websites were shut down.

We think it is actually a positive thing to see RevShareGlobal still pay 6% to show their efforts to do right by the members. It is too bad they did not have more funds set aside as a reserve for occasions like they just experienced. Nevertheless, with so many new programs popping up the more established ones are probably not getting much extra revenue like in the past. We will continue to support this program and have every reason to believe it will get through this temporary setback and be as strong as ever.

PayItForwardTraffic Has a New Chat Room

When you login to PIFT now you will see a new navigation bar at the very top. It shows the server time and has a link to a new PIFT chat room. The admin, Tony, said that he will be popping in from time to time.

Neither one of us has participated in the chat room yet. My wife and I both find chat rooms a little addictive and find that we can waste a lot of time in them. We are not against chat rooms because they can have some real value at times.

Often chat rooms will have the first information about technical glitches on a site or other issues that are affecting members. Sometimes other members share great tips about shortcuts, marketing, time saving techniques, and other matters that can help you succeed. I have seen new programs announced as well as alerts about possible problems in a program. Chat rooms can be a good way to network and build relationships with other people with your same goals. In some chat rooms you allowed to share information about other programs. Even if it is allowed you want to avoid just bluntly spamming others just to get sign ups or sales. People will not respond well to your aggressive marketing and will only get irritated. If you are just trying to take advantage of others you will eventually get banned from the chat room. Always try to keep your posts positive, on topic, helpful, and courteous.

One last suggestion. Bookmark the new PayItForwardTraffic chat room. If for some reason the site is down you will not be able to go through the link on the navigation bar. If a site is down, chat rooms often have the latest updates to help members still take care of business.

New Articles Added

In the last week we added 15 articles to our Article Index. Most of these articles will not be necessary to read if you are just using the revenue share programs. Almost all of these new articles will be of interest if you have, or plan to have, your own website. They will also be helpful if you plan to start an actual online business with an EIN number, etc.

Most of you that are joining the revenue share programs are doing this part time to make extra money. It is not necessary to build and run your own website. You can earn money as an affiliate and it is not normally mandatory that you register your own business. If you live in the U.S., as you start making more and more money, you may find that you will have tax advantages by having a business rather than just being an independent contractor. It would be good to talk to your tax adviser about your options before making a decision. We will continue to add articles about these matters even if it only applies to a minority of our website visitors. We will also be adding many more articles about free and paid advertising for those that want to start promoting to get new referrals.

AdShares4U Almost 4,000 Members

As of this writing AdShares4U is at 3,987 members. That is one of the fastest starts for a revenue share program. There is a lot of buzz around the net for this program. Many experienced marketers are seeing the good potential for AdShares4U. They are not only promoting it they are also putting money into it for advertising. The admin is doing a good job keeping up with the fast growth and preparing for the future.
